Do the number of sessions fluctuate?

Yes, the number of sessions do fluctuate. At Plumm, we understand that businesses grow, and we want to ensure your session count also increases accordingly.

What happens if the employee headcount increases?

If the headcount should increase, we’ll add additional team members to your monthly invoice and the number of sessions will increase accordingly.

How long is the contract length usually?

A contract runs for 12 months. However, we do offer discount on multi-year contracts too. Discounts can also be discussed on proposal calls

Can you upgrade your package at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade your package at any point during your contract.
